Zucchini Bake (fixate cookbook)

材料・調味料 (4 人分)
Zucchini, quartered

Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup
Freshly grated lemon peel
2 tbsp
Dried thyme
1/2 tsp
Dried oregano
1/2 tsp
Sea salt
1/2 tsp
Ground black pepper
1/2 tsp
Garlic, finely chopped
2 cloves
Olive oil
1 tbsp
Lemon wedges for garnish
作り方

Preheat oven to 350

Combine cheese, lemon peel, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper and garlic in a small bowl and mix well

Place zucchini skin side down In a baking dish. Brush with oil, and sprinkle cheese mixture evenly over all of them

Bake for 15-20 minutes and serve with lemon wedges
