Vanilla Protein Crepes (21 day fix Aprroved)

材料・調味料 (4 人分)
Vanilla whey protein powder
1 scoop
Large egg whites
7-8
Nonstick cooking spray
Reduced fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
1 cup
Pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp
Stevia (to taste)
Sliced strawberries
1 cup
Fresh blueberries
1 cup
作り方

Combine egg whites and protein powder in a medium bowl; mix well.

Heat small nonstick skillet (or omelet pan), lightly coated with spray, on medium-high heat

Spoon about 1/4 cup batter into skillet; cook until bubbles form on top. Flip with spatula and cook for 30 seconds

Repeat with remaining batter to make 4 crepes. Set aside

Combine yogurt, stevia and vanilla in a small bowl; mix well

Fill crepes evenly with yogurt mixture, strawberries, and blueberries. Serve
