Egg Drop Soup

材料・調味料 (4 人分)
Chicken broth
4 cups
Egg

Soy sauce
a bit
Chopped green onion
a bit
Pepper
a bit
Corn starch
1 table spoon
作り方

Bring chicken broth to boil

Add soup cube or chicken bouillon if needed

Lightly beat egg and slowly pour into chicken broth while chicken broth is boiling, stir rapidly

Add about 2 table spoons of water into corn starch, stir well

Slowly pour in corn starch keep stirring to make the soup thick.

Add soy sauce as needed

Garnish with chopped green onion and pepper before serve
