I know it looks like a piece of toast,but it's not!
This started with a half carton box of cream sitting in the fridge,I though I could make a whiskey caramel sauce,but then I needed something to pour the caramel over with too.I had to much fun with the upside down apple tarte tatin last week,so I d
decided to have another upside thing,and I love bananas too,so here it is...

很不錯的!酒這東西直接渴的話,我沒多大興趣,但用在料理裏的話,我幾乎所有的我也很喜愛,whiskey 更不在話下,加上焦糖,真的很誘人的!製作也超簡單,先做焦糖,加鮮奶油再加whiskey,就這樣快速完成,瓶裝後放在冷箱裏兩星期也沒問題的,隨時拿出來放在甜點上挺方便的!

for making dessert. love all alcohol,especially whiskey!All knives(too many!) I use are all bought from Japan,Japanese knives are world famous and they are the best!This is one of the first I bought,I use it almost everyday!

Everyone thought this was a toast too!I only found out after I took the picture,the mold I used was a little strange...Anyway,I love this combination a lot too,I didn't share it and for nights,this was what I look forward most coming home!(Of course having it with your best-in-the-world houjicha!Sor

不客氣,其實不十分詳細的。想更加美味的話,可放些奶油(butter)和塩,感覺會更加濃厚㸃,像toffee sauce.
弄焦糖時也請小心一點啊,滾得很厲害的!

Thank you for voting this best upside down cake,always means a lot you like my amateur sweet stuffs!It looks too much like a toast😂,I found out too late,otherwise I would have trim the edges....Anyway I guess it looks more rustic and charming like this!
