Finely chop the salmon. Mix all ingredients except avocado. Mix the avocado with a little lemon juice, salt and olive oil and put it aside. Put the salmon mix in refrigerator for 1 hour. When ready to serve, mix the avocado with the tartar and serve it on top of the toast.
