Mix the yeast with 3 tbsp like warm water. Keep it aside till it becomes foamy. Meantime, sift flour, salt, ajwain & sugar. When the yeast is ready, add it to the dry ingredients along with the required amount of water and make it a pliable dough. Keep it aside for couple of hours. Then take it and punch it so that the excess air goes and flat with with your fingers to the required diameter an bake in the preheated 450 degrees oven till its nicely cooked.

Top it with sauce and arrange it with toppings of your choice. Sprinkle the cheese and bake it till the cheese melts.
