Vegetable Bowl

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Cooked grains of choice (I used lentils)
1 cup
Tomato
1
Avocado
1/2
Ricotta Cheese
1 tbsp
Kale
3-4 leafs

Cool the grains according to instruction on the package (if not already cooked)

*** I used lentils but farro or kasha are also very good

Chop all vegetables.

Place kale on a pan, add a little water and cover with a lid. Cook until kale is soft, adding water if needed. Once soft, take off the lid and let the water evaporate.

Arrange everything in a bowl. Season to taste.
