Chicken arugula salad

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Arugula
1.5 cup
Chicken breast
1 small
Olive oil
4 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp
Salt & pepper
To taste
Chili powder
To taste
作り方

Cut chicken in small pieces. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Cook chicken till tender inside and slightly browned on the outside. You can season to taste.

Arrange arugula on a plate. Top with chicken and sprinkle with remaining olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
