My first try on thai dessert. Made of rice flour with coconut milk, colored with natural color from pandan leave and flowers then, made into thin layers. This is why we call Kanom Chun, in thai language 'chun' means layer :)
To: rikk thank u so much :))) I wanted to try other styles of dessert. Thai dessert has less ingredients compare with westerns but, needs lot of patience and technique!
