Cauliflower risotto

材料・調味料 (3 人分)
Cauliflower rice
250 g
Vegetable stock
1 cube
Tomatoes
1-2
Frozen baby spinach
To your taste
Onion
Optional
Lemon
Just a squeeze
Beans or lentils

作り方

Boil water and add the vegetable stock cube

Boil the cauliflower rice for 3-5 minutes

Add the frozen spinach to the boiling water a minute or so before the rice is done

Pour in a sieve to get rid of water, pour back in pot

Add chopped tomatoes, a little lemon, a little salt and pepper

Also add chopped onion or beans or lentils if you feel like it
