Vegeterian asparagus mushroom mix

Put asparagus in water and wait for it to boil. At first sight of boiling, remove and pour in sieve.

Fry mushroom and quorn in coconut oil. Add lemon, salt and pepper.

Add the asparagus and the garlic. Fry until it smells delicious.

It also works as a cold dish.

It's vegeterian, lactose and gluten free.
Switch from quorn to a soy-product or some tasty beans to make it vegan.
