Strawberry Chia Parfait

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Vanilla Yogurt
2 Tablespoon
Strawberries (fresh) or another fruit of your choice
2 - 3 Tablespoons chopped
Chia seeds
1/2 Tablespoon
Other toppings as desired: dried fruit, granola, nuts, etc.
作り方

In the bottom of a mason jar or other container of choice, add the yogurt. Top the yogurt with the strawberries and chia seeds. Add any other toppings such as granola, nuts, dried fruit, etc.

These are great to make ahead and have ready to go for breakfast or a quick snack. Great for kids!
