What are typically Thailand dishes?

it is quite difficult because thai food has been evolved for such a long time and there are many dishes.

There are my kinds of groups like;
- Soup: spicy one like Tom Yam Kung or clear soup like Kang Liang
- Curry: Green, Red, Yellow curry with any meat like Green chicken curry, Musman
- Namprik: Chilli paste to eat with fresh or boiled vegetable.
- Spicy salad: Somtam, Yum sam krob
- Easy dishes: Padthai, Kraprao Kaomankai.
- Spicy salad like Somtum
- Sweet like sticky rice and mangoe
- etc.

Most famous food are from central part but there are also north, northeast, south part food which is far different.
