Pandan agar-agar

500ml
agar-agar powder
3tsp
sugar
60g
thick coconut milk
60ml
Pandan paste

Bring water to a boil. Combine sugar and agar-agar powder in a bowl and pour into boiling water, and stir until sugar is completely dissolved.

Divide mixture into 2 portions in separate saucepan. Bring one portion to a boil again and add in the coconut milk, mix well and remove from heat. Bring the other portion to a boil and add in Pandan paste and mix well. Remove from heat.

Add 1 heaped tbsp of green and white mix alternately into mould until is full, allow to cool completely before storing in the fridge.

When is set unmould and slice it

*This very easy step and do but only thing is not all the country got selling this type of agar-agar powder ( in Asian country easy to find it )
