Sushi rice (pre-cooked with a dash of salt) Capsicum (olive salt microwave) Mutton rendang Enoki (olive oil & microwave) Black pepper cheese
Layers: 1. Rice slot with capsicums 2. Enoki, then sprinkle chili powder & black pepper 3. layer curry mutton > sprinkle some water 4. Enoki and cheese
Preheat oven at 180c for 5mins. Bake at 200c topdown 10mins, top 10mins and 10mins bottom.

Cheddar, mozarella & paramesan cheese. Aluminium foil to cover while baking (if don't want cheese to burn)
