Salmon fish head on miso soup base

レシピ
材料・調味料 (3 人分)
salmon fisheads or any fish that you prefer
2 pcs halved
fish broth
2 cups
cut eggplants
1 cup
onion
1 medium chopped
tomatoes
1 cup
sinigang chilli
2-3 pcs.
sinigang sa miso mix
25 grms
bok choi
2 stems
作り方
1
1: toss all the ingresients in a medium pan except the fish heads.
2: cook it in a mwsium heat for 15 mins.
3: add the fish heads and cook it for 7 mins.
4: pour in the sinigang mix sachet.
5. simmer on a low heat for anothwr 3 mins.
6. swrve hot with steamed rice.
7. enjoy!
