Slice the cheese on 5mm thick pieces. Soak it in a hot water for few seconds. With this the flour will stick more easily to the cheese. Prepare the flour on a plate and roll the cheese into the flour until coated from both sides. Soak the cheese once again in the hot water. Heat the olive oil in a heavy skillet till smoking almost. Place the cheese in the skillet and fry till golden brown on the both sides. Serve with lemon wedges.
