淡雪海鮮炒め☆ fried sea food with egg white& milk

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Egg white

Milk
50 cc
Cornstarch
1/2 tbsp
Salt
1/6 tsp
Sea foods (Shrimp or squid.. Etc.)
As much as u want
Oil
2 tbsp
-------sauceあんかけ
cut leek
1/2 cup
cooking sake
1/2 tbsp
water
60 ml
salt
1/4 tsp
suger
a little
pepper ( white )
A little
mix starch with water(30 cc
1/2 tasp
Sesame oil
1/3 tbsp
-------source 2 (if u want)↓
Mince ginger
1 tsp
Rice vinegar
1-2 tbsp
作り方

Mix cornstarch and salt (1/6 tsp). Then mix milk with it. After mix all of them, mix 2eggs-white. Don't whisk or bubble it! Shouldn't make form.

After boil sea foods (or instead, chicken breast), cut them and drain off the water from them, then put them into the bowl1.
