Bela čorba🇷🇸 White thick soup🇷🇸

材料・調味料 (8 人分)
Chicken breast
320g
Bigger carrots
2pcs
Bigger onion
1pcs
Celery
1pcs
Water
2l
Cooking oil
20ml
Salt
1tsp
Black pepper
To taste
Magic garlic salt or vegeta
1tbs
Egg yolks
2pcs
Sour cream
100g
Flour
1tbs
Fresh parsley
Apple vinegar
To taste (when you eat)
作り方

Chop onion into small pieces, chop carrots in small cubes, trim celery and chop both stalk and leaves in small pieces, dice chicken breast.

Put cooking oil in the pot and simmer the onion, then add carrots and celery and after few minutes add chicken. Add salt, pepper and garlic salt.

When chicken is white add water and simmer for 20 minutes (on medium fire) until chicken and vegetables are completely cooked.

In the meantime put egg yolks, sour cream and flour in the bowl and mix with an electric mixer.

Add few Tbsp of soup into the mixture of eggs and sour cream and stir well.

When soup is done, turn off the heat and add the mixture slowly mixing it with a whisk.

Add chopped fresh Italian parsley and serve.

If you prefer it sour add some apple vinegar.
