Put water(2l) in the pot, add vinegar and a little bit of salt. Wash and trim cauliflower into "florets". Put it into the boiling water and cook it in the half covered until it's softened.

Take out the cauliflower (don't throw away the water!), drain it and smash it with a fork.

Wash carrots, peel the skin and slice it in small stripes. Put oil in the bigger frying pan or pot over low heat and stir carrots in till they are little softened. Add one table spoon of wheat cream, cook it for for 1-2min and add cauliflower.

Stir it and add little by little the water when cauliflower was cooked. You can choose how much water you will add - if you like it more thick add less water.

Put it to boil for 5-10 min, add Vegeta, salt and pepper. Mix separately egg in a milk, pour into the soup and sprinkle with parsley.
