Breakfast Smoothie

材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Banana
1 Large
Strawberries
1 Cup
Blueberries
1 cup
Oats
1 cup
Milk
1 cup
Greek/Natural Yogurt
1 pot of 200g
Honey
2 tablespoons

Blend together banana, strawberries, blueberries together to make a puree.

Add yogurt, milk, honey (more if you wish depending on preference of texture or taste) blend well.

Add oats to mix and stir. Serve cold.
ポイント

Can use a variety of different fruit depending on preference.

Add Golden Syrup if wanting a sweeter taste.

If wanting extra cold add crushed ice.
