This is an eye opening trip for me.Apart from the beautiful scenery in Yunnan,food is as good as I expected,being very close to Sichuen,their food are very similar,lots of spices and chilies ,both looks and tastes vibrant.Vegetables and mushrooms are especially delightful due to the good weather and
water.Not much seafood to be found being an inland city,but lots of freshwater fishes.Also famous for their pickled vegetables and preserved meat,which makes its dishes so full of deep and complex flavours.

To: chenchengren 哈哈,不知這樣說對不對,味道直接,不花巧,英語會用"bold"來形容。其實蠻喜歡這裡的菜式,只是有點辣而已,還有淡水魚實在太多細骨了!😰
