I've always been having taco with some kind of meat,never knew that fish could actually be served in it too until one day I was talking to an American foodie.That was good to know,I went home and tried this,love it no less than the ones with meat,that's one more style of taco I could have in future

It's very new to me,I've very interested in this! May I ask you what kind fish you used in this? tacos is loved throughout the world,i also make only normal tacos.however If it through your own hands,it turned out more special and unique. I also could learn something good new at your post.thank you!
Btw,sometimes I often happen to see grilled lime at abroad recipe site. What's for? For reduce acidity? It's very cool✨

I sometime see fish taco recipe in magazines,but never care too much about them,I thought it's just something being made up.But I was talking to a client at work and she mentioned there are actually fish tacos served in America and they are quite delicious,I just had to try.I found some recipe,it says any fish with flaky flesh will do,I found fresh yellowtail in market and it turned very suitable!It's really simple too,just marinate the fish with olive oil,chopped coriander and garlic,then grill it and coarsely break into flaky chunks.The taco is also made up with shredded cabbage,sour cream and pico de gallo,I am sure you know how to make!You are right,grilled lime is less acidic and smokier,but I couldn't tell the difference,I only added a few drops,I had lime in pico de gallo already...
