Pear,prosciutto,walnuts and cheese with truffle honey/梨、生ハム、クルミ、チーズ、トリュフハニー

The purpose of this post is mainly to introduce truffle honey to everyone.You could buy this or like me,make my own,and it's real simple.If you don't mind eating something sweet for appetizer,you could serve it like mine,with prosciutto,arugula,and olive oil.Or you could serve this pre dessert,as a

cheese course,just drizzle the truffle honey over fruits and any cheese you like.It might sound strange,the combination of honey and truffle,but once you try it,you'll be addicted,I promise!

expensive,and I rarely use it at home,but bottle of truffle paste like mine,is inexpensive,but still delicious,and could be used in many dishes(like mushroom risotto and pasta...),I am sure it's easy to find in Japan,I hope you try this delicious truffle honey too!
I had worked in a restaurant bef

before(no star,yet),and and I think with a little simplifying,many restaurant dishes could be done at home too,that's what I am doing here,and hopefully more people could enjoy.But,honestly,I think Reachon San is one of the best cook I see at SD,and anything I do,you sure could do it too!
