Add sesame oil into a pan stir fry chopped garlics, shredded gingers, chillies until fragrant then add fermented bean paste. No need to add salt. Pour a bit of water till gravy thicker then transfer to the TOP of the fish. Steam the fish with tomatoes till done. Serve it with some coriander leaves.
