Grilled chicken liver with garlic dressing and parsley salad

Love all kind of yakitori,but I am turning it into a western style dish this time.
Only innards used here,liver,gizzard and heart.Parley salad consist of parsley(lots),green olives,red onion,capers,lemon zest and juice,anchovy...Also garlic dressing to dip with.
i puke eating this much for chicken liver.. 1 skewer is enough for me. but so far, this tastes good though..

$30 Hong Kong dollars and I got whole bag of these(not all of them shown here),I skewered them all together and grilled for convenient sake,I couldn't eat it all at once myself too.I would never stuffed myself to a point that I would puke,I only puke eating badly cooked food.

That's right,I love yakitori too much,I want to try different ways to enjoy it,this is Mediterranean style,how they would serve chicken liver salad there!
I love all charcoal grilled food,I have no doubt master chef Koji makes the best yakitori in the garden!Barbecue always sounds so tempting and I want to come to Japan soon!
