You have a good description,cross between bolognese sauce and kamo nanba,I like it! I have been in Japan many many times,always try to increase my knowledge of everything in there! Kamo nanba soba is not popular here,such a shame!

I made this up myself,and I never had 鴨南蛮そぼ in Kyoto,only in Japan.I really love Kyoto,and may be I have to ask you for some restaurants recommendation when I go again,since you live in Osaka,you must be familiar with this area!
