たこ焼き (Takoyaki)

The Takoyaki is a traditional dish of Osaka, Japan. It's basically a small ball with octopus (tako). Other ingredients can be added and the tako can be replaced by sausages, cheese and so on. But the traditional recipe of Takoyaki presents just the batter (eggs, flour, ginger etc.) and the octopus.
