Whisk together yogurt oil and eggs until smooth. Whisk in brown sugar.

Combine remaining dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just mixed. Mixture will form sticky ball.

Spray butter flavored. Cooking spray in loaf pan and scoop dough into pan. Spread in pan and sprinkle with oats, sesame seeds, hemp seed or whichever toppings you prefer.

Bake at 350 for one hour. Cool for 10 minutes then invert pan to remove loaf. Finish cooling on rack.
