Banana blueberry coconut baked oatmeal

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
1 Mashed Banana
Coconut milk
1/2 cup
Vanilla extract
Small drop
Salt
half tsp
Rolled oats
1/2 cup
Blueberries
1/2 cup
Baking powder
1 tsp
Shredded coconut
Optional
作り方

Mash banana in a small bowl, add coconut milk and vanilla extract and stir until combined

Add in oats, salt and baking powder, stir

Gently fold in blueberries and transfer to an oven safe bowl or ramequin

Sprinkle shredded coconut on top and bake on 180c for about 25 minutes. I broiled it for 5 minutes after that for an extra crunchy top.
