Bûche Graffiti

This is one of the most complicated cake i ever made, 11 components for the cake plus sophisticated chocolate decoration!

Not familiar with the name,but sounds like something originated from Germany?Anyway looks so yummy,definitely worth the effort!

To: rikk yes, it was worth after hard working in the kitchen. Dark chocolate mousse goes well with coffee roll inside. Im not sure either where is its origin. The word graffiti stands for the red lines on cake. Understand that its sort of modern french patisserie ;)
