5 Grilled quail eggs per skewer serving along Monivong Blvd in a small restaurant under the banner Noodle Chinese Soup, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The flavor is really nice, they boiled the eggs first then grilled it seasoned with spices, chillies and ground cummins. I LURV!
