リックさん、作りました！すごい滑らかなジェラート系に仕上がりました。妻もとても喜んで食べていました(⁎⚈᷀᷁ᴗ⚈᷀᷁⁎)美味しいレシピをありがとうございます！いちごも真似てみたかったんですが、さすがに季節が終わってまして、チェリーにしましたが、これがとても相性良かったです！

Fantastic,you made it!It's my favorite ice-cream,but can't be bought in supermarket,only homemade!I really hope many people could share it,thank you for trying this,it looks silky smooth!It has a lovely sour taste from the balsamic,and it works so well with the cream,it's best to eat with the sweet cherries,you made the right choice.I only ate with strawberry because when I made,cherries were out of season.
So glad Makiko San likes it too,I think this is especially more appealing to the ladies,they all love vinegar!
