Fresh saury

Autumn is the season for good appetite. Mam-friend gave us sanma fish from Iwaki, Fukushima. It's so fresh that their noses are all yellow! I made sashimi, tatsuta-age, and baked sanma with kabosu. So yummy it is! Enjoy autumn!
