baked portugese chicken

it's called Portugese chicken,but I doubt they have such dish,it's actually a specialty from Macau,a colony of Portugal,just about 1 hr ferry trip away from Hong Kong.The dish is also made with potato,carrot,olives,coconut cream,turmuric,etc.
