Soy sauce

作り方

Cut beef to the size that is easy to eat. Cut thin Maitake and thin ginger.

Put (A) in a small kettle and come to the boil. Add beef, ginger and mushrooms(Shimeji and Maitake) to it. Mix and boil stock until it becomes condensed.

Put that on top of rice.
