肉じゃが -Nikujyaga-

Carrot

Beef

Noodles made from konnyaku
2 bags
(A) Suger
2 tablespoons
(A) Soy sauce
4 tablespoons
(A) Sweet sake
2 1/2 tablespoons
Salad oil
1 tablespoon
Water

You cut an onion in 1cm width along fiber. Also you cut meat and noodles made from konnyaku to the size that it's easy to eat.

You cut potato and carrot into bite-sized pieces and wash it with water quickly and cut moisture.

In the oil which I heated with a pan, you fry an onion by stronger medium fire. If fire carries in the whole, you put an onion around and put meat in the bottom. You stop fire once and add seasoning A.

On stronger medium fire, you add a potato, a carrot and noodles made from konnyaku if you do it with bubbles.

Furthermore, you add water to here and also close the cap and boil it. You mix the whole to give back top and bottom on the way. If a potato softens, it is completed.
