Kailan & Brocolli with Garlic Sauce

材料・調味料 (3 人分)
Kailan/Chinese Kale
300 grams
Brocolli
250 grams
Sliced Garlic
Fried Garlic Chips
Salt
X.O Sauce
Light Soy Sauce
Flour/Tapioca Powder
Sesame Oil
作り方

Heat water in pot, when boiled add in Kailan and broccoli and let it simmer for 10mins under medium fire.

Add a tablespoon of salt, and oil into pot, mix slowly and let to cool.

Heat up frying pan, sauteed garlic till aroma.

Add flour in a bowl with water and stir till its diluted. Add X.O sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and mix well.

With slow fire over the pan, pour in flour solution and stir slowly until it thicken into gravy. Take out and pour onto Kailan and Brocolli and serve.
