This is a very simple recipe for Chanko Nabe. All you need is a large package of Goma Miso soup base and your favorite vegetables,meat and tofu.

Slice vegetables and meat into large bite size pieces.

Open the package of Goma Miso soup base. Pour the contents into a large soup pot and bring to a boil. (add an additional 2 or 3 cups of water and miso paste if you want more servings)

Add vegetables, meat and tofu to the boiling pot of Goma Miso. Simmer on medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes and serve hot.
