You are too kind,I love many different cuisines and sometime I mix them together!It's steam fish,Chinese,Japanese and Hawaiian style all together!Chinese steamed fish is always delicious,but I love ponzu too,I used leftover calamansi to replace sudachi,I was happy with it! I know Makoo San is very fond of fish cuisines,your fish posts always look so appealing!

酢橘、かぼす、柚、はたまた摘果(青いうちに詰んで本来捨てる)様々な柑橘類もスパイスみたいに考えたら奥深いなぁと考えました!
