Haha,I am surprised more people find this interesting at all,I mean,this is really common in Japan,I could easily find something like this in the internet.But always thankful for you encouragement with my bread making,I am super happy!The coupe is not difficult to get at all,only with white flour,my
ones with whole wheat flour never open up like this.Anyway,you know I love all types of bean,and adding cheese seems to be one of my very few tricks to make things tasty,so this one is not hard to imagine I guess...
