Cut salo and finely chop onion, add salt and pepper and fry together until golden brown colour in a teflon covered casserole.

Add chopped carrots and millet and fry several minutes with salo and onion.

Pour 2 litters of water into a casserole and bring to boil. Add cubed potatoes and cook 15-20 minutes until potato is ready. Sprinkle chopped parsley in the end.
