In saute pan (or sauce pan) add your cocoa powder, butter and sweetened condensed milk and heat over medium heat until combined and thickened.

Once mixture pulls away from sides of pan, remove from heat to cool completely.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.

Place sprinkles in shallow bowl or plate then spray hands with non-stick cooking spray and roll chocolate mixture into 3/4"-1" balls and roll into sprinkles.

Place on prepared baking sheet and chill for abotu 30 minutes before serving.
