So you were really going to make a shaoxing/花彫 cocktail,well I love it,we Chinese are not innovative enough to come up with a shaoxing martini,thanks to that creative mind of yours,Hong Kong has a fashionable drink now!It looks so good in a martini glass,and good idea pairing it with seasonal lychee

too.Sometimes we put dried plum in warmed shaoxing in colder months,so I think some ume flavour should match too!
I also love the 'air' of this photo,moody light,and sky tree at the background,even nice reflection on the drink like it is on 北十間川！
