Beef stew with carrots, parsnips, leeks and Chinese rice

Beef
500 grams
Carrots
6 pieces
Parsnips
6 pieces
leeks
1 whole piece
Beef broth
2 tablespoons
Vegetable broth
2 tablespoons
Asia spice
2 teaspoon
Barbecue spice
2 teaspoon
Paprika spice
2 teaspoon
Seaherbsalt

Rost the beef in half big pieces, when its done add the spices and pour in a quarter of water.

Add both beef and vegetable broth and then the shredded carrots, parsnips, the white part of the leek.

Cook for an hour and a half and put in the green part of the leek for twenty minutes.

Serve then with Chinese steamed rice.
