Take a bowl and add dry ingredients all purpose flour salt give a for it

Add water to make soft dough.

Let it rest for 15-30min for soft poori/puri

Take small amount of dough roll out 3"round .

Heat vegtable oil for frying. Place one puri in pan at a time and fry one side untill puffy then turn the poori n fry other side. Take plate with tissue n place fried puri on the tissue to remove excess oil. Serve hot puris with any daal r aalu kurma
