cornbread muffins!

レシピ
材料・調味料
Flour
3 cups
Sugar
1 cup
Cornmeal
1 cup
Baking Powder
2 tablespoons
Salt
1+half teaspoons
Milk
1+half cup
Butter (melted)
1 cup
Eggs

作り方

Mix all dry ingredients together.

In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients together.

Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and mix well, the mixture should be a runny mixture.

Place muffin cases in a muffin tray, and put a good spoon of mixture in each muffin case.
This mixture should make around 12-14 muffins.

preheat the oven to 350 degrees (gas mark 9)

Bake for 30 minutes, on middle shelf. Until golden brown, insert cake tester to ensure insides are cooked. Allow to cool. Enjoy.
ポイント

If tops of muffins start to cook too quick to the inside mixture, lower temperature of the oven to about gas mark 5.
