Rinse you quinoa very well. Boil water and add the quinoa. Cook for about 15/20 mins (until nicely soft and transparent) Add some salt

Clean turnips making sure you get rid of all soil. Cut hard stems off - leaving the leaf and a few centimetres of stems. If there are turnips heads inside the bunch cut them into smaller pieces.

Boil turnips in a bit of water - use your lid to make steam. If you want you can add half a diced onion. Add some salt.

Serve cooked quinoa and turnips with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on top.
