Tofu, turmeric quinoa with nuts and fruit, and cherry tomatoes 🍅

Tofu
Soy sauce
Cherry tomatoes
Quinoa
Turmeric
Dried fruits (raisins and apricot)
Nuts (cashews)
作り方

Add the turmeric while cooking the quinoa. Then add the dried fruits and nuts.

Marinate the tofu in some soy sauce for about 10 minutes (or more), then cook it (I didn't use any oil).

Cut the cherry tomatoes and serve everything 🍽
