Quinoa bread.

Bread flour
250g
Salt
1/2 tsp
Instant yeast
1 tsp
Quinoa (grounded)
30g
Warm water
150ml
Olive oil
1 ¹/2 tbsp
Honey
2 tbsp
作り方

Mix flour, salt and yeast. Then add grounded Quinoa. Mix them all well.

Make a "well" in the middle, add oil, honey and water. Mix into a dough. Knead dough on a floured board until it becomes springy.

Cover and allow the dough to rise in an hour. Punch the risen dough, knead again and shape it into a ball and slightly elongated it to fit into the loaf pan.

Make a long slit on the dough with a sharp knife. Bake it for 200°C for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
ポイント

If you prefer not to mess up your hands when kneading the dough, use a silicon kneading bag.
