Make a "well" in the middle, add oil, honey and water. Mix into a dough. Knead dough on a floured board until it becomes springy.

Cover and allow the dough to rise in an hour. Punch the risen dough, knead again and shape it into a ball and slightly elongated it to fit into the loaf pan.

Make a long slit on the dough with a sharp knife. Bake it for 200°C for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
